Pepper Potential

Let’s ask a young sprout, hot pepper living in the greenhouse at Glacial Ridge Growers, “What are your thoughts in early March?”

“I am so excited.   Between me and my thousands of relatives, we are ready to stimulate the palates of countless people. We feel there is great potential for pepper production, which will occur in just a few short months. We are ready and up for the job. Certainly there are lots of milder friends; meek souls, ready to season the food of thousands of those less inclined towards spicy food. We have friends in the greenhouse to satisfy any degree of pepper taste. Yet to me and my close buddies: the habaneros, the Thai hots, and the jalapenos, we feel we can impact the world to the greatest degree. No pun intended!”
