Summer Skies and a Lonely Flower Basket-June 18, 2017

Summer brings both angry skies and tranquil evenings.  Folks enjoy the lakes between weather events during the longest days of the year.  With days well over 15 hours long, our pace seems to quicken.

The last remaining hanging baskets look over the greenhouse.  They have watched the changes that have taken place beneath them, as the seedlings have grown into larger plants which were shipped to gardeners who are enjoying the long days of summer in their gardens.  New seedlings have taken the place of those shipped and our remaining hanging baskets wait until they too move on to new adventures.
